Our Libraries

Reading is at the heart of everything we do at Polehampton and our libraries are the hub of both schools. Our books have been carefully selected to ensure a wide range of genres are accessible and to ensure that there is extensive representation of characters. Children access the library on a weekly basis, with their class; with their teacher's permission, they can also access the library at other times.

Our 3Cs are fundamental to our text choices and a lot of hard work has gone into selecting books which facilitate opportunities for sparking curiosity, showcasing and celebrating cultural diversity and to develop a community of avid readers.  

The books we have in our libraries showcase the very best of our school values.
