Admissions, Criteria for Admission and Denomination Criteria
Our standard number of admissions for each year is 60.
Admissions for Polehampton C. of E. Infant & Junior Schools are controlled by The Keys Academy and Wokingham Borough Council who co-ordinate the admission process.

The catchment/designated area for the school is the Twyford, Ruscombe and Charvil - see map within the determined admissions arrangements document below.
The vast majority of pupils move from our Infant to our Junior School, although attendance at the Infants does not guarantee a place at the Juniors. A separate application will need to be made.
Key admission dates for the 2026 intake (Reception at the Infant School and Year 3 at the Junior School):
| 13th November 2025 | Online admission portal opens. |
| 15th January 2026 | Deadline for applications and supporting information. |
| 16th April 2026 | Offer Day! Letters posted first class; results can be viewed, if applied, online. |
| 1st May 2026 | Deadline to accept offer place. |
| 15th May 2026 | Closing date for receipt of appeals to be heard together. |
